Justin Koch ("we", "us", or "our") built Mergehaven - Merge Puzzle ("the App") as a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

We collect anonymized gameplay analytics (such as session length, chapters completed, and feature usage) to help improve the game experience. This data is associated with a random device identifier and does not include any personally identifiable information. Basic crash reporting may also be provided through Apple's built-in mechanisms if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers in your device settings.
In-app purchases (gem packs, energy refills, and subscriptions) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple handles all transaction processing according to their own privacy policy.
Your game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your save data is transmitted to Apple's iCloud servers under Apple's privacy policy. We do not operate our own game-data servers.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Since game data is stored locally on your device (and optionally in iCloud), you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or disabling iCloud sync. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Since we store minimal data and all game data resides on your device, most of these rights are automatically satisfied. For any privacy-related requests, please contact us at the email below.
