Drag and drop two identical items on the board to combine them into a higher-tier item. You can also tap a source to spawn new items when you have enough energy. There are 5 item types (Flowers, Tools, Stones, Gems, and Discoveries), each with 8+ tiers to collect.
Energy is used to spawn new items from sources. It regenerates automatically over time (1 energy every 3 minutes). You can also watch a rewarded video ad for bonus energy, purchase an Energy Refill from the shop, or subscribe to VIP Pass for 2x faster regeneration and +10 max energy cap.
Obstacles like weeds, rocks, and fog block spaces on the board. You need to merge tool items to higher tiers and use them to clear obstacles. Higher-tier tools clear tougher obstacles. Clearing obstacles can reveal hidden treasures and earns garden tokens.
The Garden is your meta-progression system. As you earn garden tokens from chapters and clearing obstacles, you can upgrade zones across 8 garden areas. Each zone has 5 upgrade levels and unlocks mastery bonuses like faster energy regen, coin multipliers, and critical merge chances.
The VIP Pass is a monthly subscription ($4.99/month) that gives you: ad-free gameplay, 2x faster energy regeneration, +10 max energy cap, 20 gems per day, and 500 coins per day. You can subscribe or cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings.
Open the Shop in the game and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. This will restore your VIP Pass subscription status and any non-consumable purchases. Note that consumable purchases (gems, energy refills) cannot be restored as they are consumed immediately.
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Mergehaven and tap Cancel Subscription. Your VIP benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Every 10th chapter (Chapter 10, 20, 30, etc.) rewards a boss trophy. These are permanent passive abilities that boost various aspects of gameplay like energy regeneration, XP gains, coin rewards, and more. Collect them all for maximum bonuses.
Yes! Mergehaven uses iCloud to sync your save data. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud enabled for Mergehaven. Your progress will transfer automatically.
If you have iCloud sync enabled, try signing out and back into your Apple ID, then relaunching the app. If you've deleted and reinstalled without iCloud sync, progress may be lost. We recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled to protect your save data.
If a purchase didn't go through or you were charged but didn't receive your items, try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below with your approximate purchase date and we'll help resolve it. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
